Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Goldenboyco LLC, the company behind the GoldenBoy Co. brand, collects when you use this website and the Golden AI service, how it is used and stored, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask us.
Who we are
GoldenBoy Co. is the public brand of Goldenboyco LLC, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Goldenboyco LLC provides the Golden ecosystem: Golden Intelligence, a structured model of how your business operates, and Golden AI, an agent that handles client conversations and booking requests over SMS on behalf of independent professionals.
What we collect
- Registration details. When you sign up we collect your name, profession, contact number, email address, the membership you selected, and whether you consented to receive account text messages.
- Business information for Golden Intelligence. To set up your agent we process the information you provide about your business: services, prices, availability, booking rules, tone, boundaries and preferences. If you choose to share previous client conversations, we process those to build your profile.
- Conversation data. When Golden AI is live, it processes the SMS conversations between your business number and your clients in order to respond, and keeps them visible to you.
- Technical basics. Standard web server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) when you visit this site.
This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics.
How we use it
- To create and operate your Golden AI agent and your Golden Intelligence profile.
- To answer your clients on your behalf, within the rules and boundaries you approve.
- To manage your membership, billing and support requests.
- To send you account and onboarding text messages, only if you opted in.
- To improve the reliability and safety of the service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging and mobile opt-in
Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and your consent to receive texts are used only to send you the account and onboarding messages you agreed to. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help.
Service providers
Golden AI runs on infrastructure operated by a small number of providers, each processing data only to deliver the service:
- Twilio delivers and receives the SMS messages.
- Google Cloud hosts the processing that runs your agent.
- Google Gemini performs the AI reasoning inside each conversation.
- Hostinger hosts this website.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, which means your browser requests font files from Google when the page loads.
Storage and retention
Your data is stored on the infrastructure named above for as long as you hold an active membership, so that your agent can keep context and you can review every conversation. If you close your account, we delete your registration details, your Golden Intelligence profile and your conversation history within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep records for legal or billing reasons.
Your clients' messages
Golden AI processes your clients' messages on your behalf and under your instructions. You remain responsible for telling your clients about the tools you use in your business where the law requires it. We do not use your clients' messages to market to them.
Your rights
- Access. Ask us what information we hold about you.
- Correction. Ask us to fix anything inaccurate.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete your account and its data. We honour deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention duties.
- SMS opt-out. Reply STOP to any message from us, at any time.

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and meaningful changes will be announced to account holders by email or text before they take effect.
