Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website and of the Golden AI service operated by Goldenboyco LLC, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. GoldenBoy Co. is the public brand of Goldenboyco LLC. By creating an account or subscribing to a membership you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language on purpose.
The service
Goldenboyco LLC provides the Golden ecosystem: Golden Intelligence, a structured model of how your business operates, and Golden AI, an agent that uses that model to handle client conversations and booking requests over SMS on your behalf. A validation layer checks the agent's decisions against your services, availability, rules and boundaries, and escalates to you anything that needs human judgment.
Memberships and billing
- Memberships are sold as monthly subscriptions: Starter at $89 per month and Pro at $149 per month.
- Billing is recurring: your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Prices can change. If they do for your plan, you will be told in advance and the change applies from your next billing period, never retroactively.
- Taxes may apply depending on where you are.
Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your service continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
- Payments already made are not refunded except where the law says otherwise or we have failed to provide the service.
Your responsibilities and acceptable use
- Provide accurate information about your business, and keep your availability, services and rules up to date, because the agent acts on them.
- Only share conversation history you have the right to share.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, or to send unsolicited marketing.
- Comply with the messaging rules that apply to your business, including consent requirements for contacting your own clients.
- Keep your account access to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
AI limitations and human oversight
Golden AI is an AI system and can make mistakes. The validation layer reduces errors and escalates uncertain decisions, but no automated system is perfect. Every conversation remains visible to you, you can pause the agent or take over any conversation at any time, and requests that need human judgment are passed to you rather than answered automatically. You remain responsible for the commitments your business makes to its clients, and for reviewing the agent's activity.
The service does not guarantee any particular number of bookings, response outcome or revenue.
SMS usage
- During onboarding your business receives a dedicated Golden AI business number. Client conversations happen on that number, not on your personal line.
- If you opt in to account messages, Goldenboyco LLC may text your contact number about your account and onboarding. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
- Reply STOP to opt out of account messages at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of account messages does not switch off your business number.
- Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Account termination
- You can close your account at any time.
- We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service or creates risk for others, with notice where reasonably possible.
- When an account closes, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service changes and availability
The service will evolve. Features may be added, changed or retired, and reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but availability is not guaranteed and maintenance windows happen.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Goldenboyco LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights the law does not allow to be removed.
Governing law
PENDING LEGAL REVIEW. The governing law and venue for these terms have not been chosen yet. Goldenboyco LLC will confirm the governing jurisdiction with counsel before this page leaves prototype status, and this section will be completed then.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it, and meaningful changes will be announced to account holders by email or text before they take effect.
